Hi there. You are basically going to be reading my diary in a way. I wanted to share how I see things from a moms point of view here in New England....
A little about me. I'm a married 26 (almost 27) year old mother of 2 amazing little ones, Matthew (4) and Amber (2). We also have an old lab who plays a role in some of our adventures.
I usually work 40+hours a week, but recently lost of year round position. So basically I've been thrown into stay-at-home mom mode. It has been a shock to the system to say the least. Not only does it mean our income has been cut in half and our budget has to be completely re-worked but I am not home with 2 kids and a little stunned.
The poor things are use to daycare/preschool that is very structured but now most of the time, its just me. As of right now they will be in daycare 2 days a week but soon that will need to end soon because its just not affordable.
My plan is to post about things we are doing, adventures and crafts. Meal ideas, money saving tips or deals I find, frustrations, dilemmas, a little bit of everything. Like I said, its going to be my dairy but maybe along the way you might find something interesting... Maybe you have some ideas... Or maybe you have always wanted to say something like that out loud but couldn't imagine doing it... I'm good for that one.
